You will support Vitalants life-saving mission by managing the inventory of blood and blood products and facilitate the packaging and shipment to local hospitals and patients. • Receive prepare and process hospital blood orders. Ship routing ASAP and STAT orders of blood and blood products conducting a visual inspection of each product prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy.

• Communicate with customers regarding order fulfilment turnaround times and product availability.

• Maintain accurate hospital service records for transactions and process fees.

• Monitor all storage requirements service equipment and vehicle work areas.

• Data entry and blood inventory management

• High School diploma or GED required

• Valid in-state drivers license is required may be required to deliver blood product if needed but not a main responsibility or frequent.

• Six months of customer service experience required

• Prior healthcare industry experience preferred

• Able to lift 40lbs
