Blackjack Dealer Trainee

While we show you around the tables youll be learning the ins and outs of the games and be shown that you can play games for a living! • Acknowledgesgreetsand converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area
• Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games piecesdeterminingwinners and loserscollectingand paying bets
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and followsappropriate procedures
• Readsverifiesand signsappropriate documentswhen necessary
• Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatorydepartmentaland company policies
• Work closely with supervisors floor staff and surveillance to ensure smooth operations

• Mustpossessexcellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak readwriteand understand the English language
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Must be at least 19 years of ageto workin the Casino
• Mustbe able to follow and understanddirections
• Must be able to obtain a Nebraska Gaming License
• Good eye-hand coordination
• Excellent math skills
• Must be able tohave a good relationshipwith co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend stoop twist reach and kneel repetitively
• Walk standrepetitiveuse of handshandle or feel objectstoolsor controls; reach with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depthperceptionand the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days evenings weekends and holidays
• Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Mustbe able to work with the public in a professional manner
• While performing the duties of this job the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures bright flashing lightsand loud noise environment
