At Summit Place youll use the service skills youve built in restaurants hotels or catering in a dining room where you get to know your guests by name. Our residents are your regulars and youll work a consistent schedule.

• Provide attentive polished table service during noon meals - taking orders serving food maintaining the bistro area and cleaning up after service
• Learn residents preferences dietary needs and routines and anticipate what they need before they ask
• Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service timely and accurate
• Create a warm welcoming dining experience that residents look forward to

• Serving experience in a restaurant hotel banquet catering or similar setting (1 year preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a calm friendly presence during busy service
• Patience and genuine care for older adults
• Must be 16 or older
