Biomedical Equipment Tech III

The BMET IIIPerforms the most difficult of a variety of technical duties in support of biomedical equipment and devices. Functions as technical work resource for agroup of BMET II I and other staff. This work is performed under minimal supervision and using the tools and techniques of biomedical technology.

Full time (40 hours) Day Shift Some Weekend Work Required

Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore MD

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires the completion of formal training in a recognized certificate program in BiomedicalTechnology or Electronics at a recognized technical school college or apprenticeship sponsororganization.
• Associate degree in Biomedical Technology or Electronics with an understanding of coursework inanatomy and physiology preferred.
• 3 years related experience preferred
• Equip Manufacturer training perferred specificly GE and Drager

Visithttps:// Range: Minimum 34.41/hour - Maximum 56.82/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
