Position Summary

What will your job entail

Job Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties such as answering phones scheduling appointments and managing documentation.
Maintain accurate records related to binding activities including policy issuance and endorsements.
Assist in coordinating binding processes ensuring timely execution and compliance.
Monitor inventory levels of binding materials and reorder as needed.
Verify the accuracy of binding documents and adherence to standards.
Work closely with underwriters agents and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Address operational challenges promptly and proactively.
Enforce company policies and guidelines within the binding department.

Work Experience and Education:
Bachelors degree in Risk Management or Business with 6 months to a year of experience.
