Bindery Print Finishing Operator — First Shift

• Set up operate and maintain a range of finishing equipment including automated booklet-making systems cutters folders and coating equipment.
• Read job tickets and follow specs to produce accurate high-quality finished pieces.
• Make adjustments and run quality checks throughout each run to catch issues early and minimize waste.
• Keep equipment clean perform routine operator maintenance and report mechanical problems promptly.
• Move and stage materials load and unload stock and keep your work area organized and safe.
• Communicate with production and prepress teammates to keep jobs on schedule.

• Prior bindery or print-finishing experience is a plus but not required well train the right person.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable punctual and a team player who takes pride in finished work.
• Occasional overtime as required
