BIM Project Manager

The Opportunity

The BIM Project Manager leads the planning coordination and execution of Building Information Modeling activities across projects. This role ensures models are accurate organized and aligned with project goals while guiding teams in applying BIM processes effectively.

What you will do

• Oversee the creation management and coordination of 3D models throughout all project phases.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans workflows standards and project requirements.
• Review models for accuracy constructability and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Coordinate with designers engineers contractors and project managers to resolve clashes and design issues.
• Lead model coordination meetings and track action items updates and model progress.
• Ensure proper model versioning file management and documentation control.
• Support training mentoring and guidance for team members using BIM tools and processes.
• Work with technology teams to improve modeling tools templates and digital workflows.
• Prepare reports visualizations and extracts to support design reviews estimating scheduling and field activities.
• Communicate modeling expectations and deliverables to internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong experience with BIM software such as Revit Navisworks AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of BIM standards coordination processes and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in model clash detection design coordination and project collaboration platforms.
• Ability to manage schedules priorities and multiple project assignments.
