Required work experience includes:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering related field is a MUST
- 3-5 years experience with developing BIM models using Revit and Dynamo is a MUST
- Experience with Parametric Modeling/Design Family Creation and AGA CAD is a MUST
- Experience with designing Building Envelopes is a MUST
- Ability to Interpret Architectural Designs and Shop Drawings and propose Revisions to Clients is a MUST
- Ability to pass a Drug Test is a MUST
- Experience with Volumetric Modular Design is a BIG PLUS
- Experience with Rhino and Scripting is a BIG PLUS
