Responsibilities include:

Business partner for accounts receivable/payables and payroll

Auditing billing

Collections

Importing and exporting from excel

Work on various projects within the accounting team

Credit and bank reconciliation

Creates and customizes reports for analysis

Exercise judgment on sensitive issues.

Requires confidentiality.

Traits and Skills:

Must be detailed oriented

Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting systems.

Must possess a background in accounting

Must be proficient highly proficient in with excel & will be tested

HSD/GED and 3 years of experience in field.
