Mission of the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our AWESOME team at Pro-Vac! Youll manage customer billing with a focus on accuracy compliance and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. What Youll Love to Do:

• Review and understand each customers contractual agreements to ensure compliance.

• Invoice and cost customer work within 24 hours of completion.

• Verify billing reconciliations reports and required forms to ensure timely and accurate completion.

• Communicate with customers to ensure invoices are received and address any outstanding concerns.

• Maintain a 95% accuracy rate in billing processes and ensure timely submission of invoices.

• Organize and maintain a detailed and accurate billing database.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

• Resolve billing-related issues promptly and efficiently.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
Experience:

• 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry.

• 2 years of experience with revenue billing preferably related to contracted or project bid work.

• Knowledge of billing principles and financial compliance best practices.

Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with accounting software MS Office Suite and Excel.

Heres What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

• Certifications in financial management or billing (e.g. CB CPA) are a plus!

• Familiarity with construction stormwater or hydro-excavation industries is highly desired.

Physical & Working Conditions

Lifting carrying pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs; frequent bending kneeling climbing and working at heights
Standing and moving for extended periods; operating vehicles across varied terrain
Perceiving auditory safety signals verbal warnings and radio communications in active field environments
Wearing all required PPE including OSHA-compliant respirators hearing protection eye protection gloves and safety footwear
Reading site documentation and accurately operating equipment controls
Working outdoors in heat cold rain and wet conditions
Maintaining situational awareness around active traffic heavy machinery and underground utilities
Working in confined spaces per applicable safety protocols
