Billing & Planning Asst. Manager Bilingual (Korean-English)

• Establishment of the Transportation departments Annual Business Plan
• Management of sales and purchase performance for the transportation department
• Customer Invoice Issuance Management
• Receive carrier invoices and register them in the system.
• Other administrative and planning tasks

• More than 6 years of experience in transportation logistics inbound supply
• Strong understanding of production planning delivery control and inbound logistics operations
• Excellent problemsolving decisionmaking and crisisresponse capabilities
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis tools and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Korean and English proficiency for communication with customers and logistics partners

• Experience with warehouse operations or Tier1 automotive (or similar) inbound logistics
• Knowledge of MES TMS WMS or other logistics/transportation systems
• Experience managing 3PL partners and evaluating performance
