Hello Bilingual SPED Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Bilingual Special Education Teachers to support students in Aurora this role youll assess teach and provide specialized services to students with disabilities within a Spanish/English dual-language immersion environment. Youll deliver support through a combination of in-class services pull-out instruction consultation and collaboration while helping students achieve academic success bilingualism and biliteracy. Youll work alongside a collaborative district team and a supportive therapist-run company committed to student success.

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in a Spanish/English dual-language immersion setting
• Deliver services through in-class support pull-out instruction and collaborative consultation
• Develop implement and monitor IEPs aligned with each students educational goals
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers special education staff related service providers and families
• Conduct and interpret assessments to support eligibility instructional planning and student progress
• Use literacy math and other assessment data to inform individualized programming
• Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement bilingualism biliteracy and cross-cultural understanding
• Maintain compliant documentation and monitor student progress throughout the school year

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with a Special Education endorsement
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong collaboration communication and classroom management skills
• Experience supporting students with disabilities in school settings preferred
• Passion for bilingual learning environments
