Hello Bilingual Resource Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Bilingual Special Education Resource Teacher to support elementary students in Boulder this role youll provide specialized instruction develop and manage IEPs collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams and help create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction in academics behavior social-emotional learning and executive functioning
Deliver research-based interventions based on individual student needs
Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation and progress reports
Coordinate annual initial and reevaluation IEP meetings
Collaborate with general education teachers paraprofessionals related service providers and families
Collect and analyze assessment data to guide instruction and eligibility decisions
Foster a safe equitable and supportive learning environment
Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education Generalist license or application in process
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Minimum 1 year of classroom experience
Flexible team player
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams & students
Strong communication organization and classroom management skills
