ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bilingual Autism Paraprofessional (Behavior Technician) youll work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Every child is unique so every day brings something new. Youll help children build lifelong skills while celebrating milestones both big and small.
Youll support children in areas including:
Youll receive ongoing support from an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will coach and mentor you throughout your career.
NO ABA EXPERIENCE WELL TRAIN YOU!
Many of our best Behavior Technicians had no previous ABA experience.

QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred Reliable transportation Valid drivers license Comfortable traveling to client homes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance Passion for helping children succeed
