Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Fort Worth
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Spanish-speaking Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality assistance to clients in Fort Worth North Richland Hills Alliance and Hurst. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily living activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report on clients health status and any changes in condition
- Follow care plans and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients family and healthcare team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification and current license in the state of Texas
- Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in caregiving or a similar healthcare role preferred
- Compassionate patient and respectful demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including all shifts as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift bend and stand

- Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving preferred
- Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
- Must be reliable compassionate and professional
- Must receive a TB test or Chest X-Ray
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check including an arrest record and report
- Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week
