What we are looking for:

We are seeking aFull TimeBilingual (Spanish/English) Social Media Managerto support our Bethesda MD or Atlanta GA office.

What youll be doing:

Driving brand voice across social media platforms specifically Twitter.
Assist bilingual social media team with translating andtranscreatingsocial media content from English toSpanish.
Assist the bilingual social media team with the editorial calendar writing of all social copy in English andSpanish.
Assist and direct the production team with developing graphics to accompany social media posts.
Develop write and edit social media content inSpanish.
Deliver real-time insights through social listening to impact overall brand communication plans through monthly/weekly reporting.
Monitor all social mentions across social channels to inform reporting and to identify engagement opportunities.
Support social media efforts across a variety of additional accounts.

What youll bring along:

Fluent in English andSpanish(Must be a nativeSpanishspeaker)
Bachelors degree in related field of study.
3 years experience in either social media management or socialmediacommunity management.
Background in journalism is a plus.
Experience managing enterprise level social media accounts.
Experience using Hootsuite Sprout Socialand Canva.
Strong understanding of the social media landscape best practices and analytics tools.
High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Social Media Reporting Tools.
High level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop Premiere)
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is$52000-$65000
The offered salary or hourly rate is based on several factors including but not limited to overall experience relevant experience education level certifications applicable skills and expertise and location of the position.
