Hello Bilingual School Counselors! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-timeBilingual School Counselorto support students in a Spanish/English dual language immersion school setting in Aurora this role youll support students academic social-emotional and behavioral success while fostering an inclusive environment that values bilingualism cultural connections and student well-being. Youll collaborate closely with educators families and school teams to provide meaningful counseling services and support student growth.

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students in a bilingual learning environment
• Support students social-emotional development academic success and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers administrators families and support staff to develop student-centered interventions
• Participate in student support team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
• Assist students with conflict resolution self-advocacy coping skills and goal-setting
• Conduct risk assessments and support crisis intervention when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
• Help foster a positive inclusive and supportive dual language school community

• Masters degree in School Counseling Counseling or a related field
• Valid Colorado CDE School Counselor License (or ability to obtain by start date)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong communication collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Passion for supporting bilingual learners and student success
• School-based experience preferred but not required
