Bilingual- Samples Lead

Shift: 7am-7pm Mon-Fri *Must be Bilingual Overtime Required* The Samples Lead will be responsible for preparing organizing tracking and shipping product samples to customers. Applicants will need to quickly develop familiarity with manufacturing processes and product lines while understanding customer requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and packaging product samples per customer specifications and internal sample requests coordinating with sales and production staff to fulfill sample requests accurately track sample requests from initiation through shipment to confirm delivery maintaining the sample room communicate status updates delays and questions. This position also includes cross training with general warehouse tasks and production. Requirements include basic computer skills lifting 50lbs attention to detail a clean background steady work history and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish in verbal and written form. Pay: $16/hr
