Onsite Full-Time Branch Operations

As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist youll play a vital role in connecting great talent with meaningful job opportunities while helping our clients build strong teams. This isnt your typical recruiting role. Its a mix of relationship-building recruiting account support and operational know-how with the opportunity to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking talent and clients.

As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist at Openwork youll wear a few important hats: recruiter talent coach and client partner. Heres how youll make an impact:

• Recruit and place great talent through job boards social media referrals community outreach and other creative sourcing strategies. Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Communicate with and support both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates helping ensure they understand job opportunities expectations schedules and next steps.

• Support and coach your talent throughout their assignments by checking in regularly answering questions providing feedback and helping resolve issues.

• Build strong client relationships by understanding their workforce needs conducting regular check-ins and delivering thoughtful staffing solutions.

• Drive growth by skill-marketing standout candidates collaborating with sales and identifying opportunities to better serve our clients.

• Keep branch operations running smoothly by supporting tasks like payroll timekeeping attendance and compliance.

• Build relationships in the local community and help expand Openworks talent network through outreach referrals and creative recruiting efforts.

Youre a strong match if youre:

Naturally curious people-oriented and comfortable building relationships
Fluent in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate clearly with candidates and clients in both languages
Highly organized and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
