Bilingual Receptionist

Cook Ford is looking for a friendly dependable and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers youll play a huge role in creating a positive experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or calls our dealership. Were looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people has a great attitude and brings positive energy to work every day.

Previous receptionist phone handling or customer service experience is a plus but were willing to train the right person. If youre organized enjoy administrative work and can confidently communicate in both English and Spanish wed love to meet you.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Greet customers and visitors with a friendly welcoming attitude
• Assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Help route customers to the appropriate department
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Assist with dealership communications
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable punctual and dependable
• Comfortable working with computers and basic office software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment
