Bilingual Receptionist Oregon State Fairgrounds & Expo Center $20-22/hr Temporary Through Mid-September

What Youll Do

• Welcome visitors vendors and guests with outstanding customer service.

• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.

• Respond to emails and assist with office communications.

• Scan copy fax upload and organize documents.

• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area.

• Provide general administrative support to the Fairgrounds office team.

What Were Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required.

• Bilingual inEnglish and Spanish.

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.

• Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills.

• Reliable professional and friendly attitude.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

• MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:00 PM

• Must be available to work weekends during the Oregon State Fair and other major events.

• During Fair Season candidates should be flexible and available to work up to seven days per week based on business needs.
