Job Summary
As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as:
You will greet patients and visitors warmly in person and over the phone.
You will schedule and confirm patient appointments manage calendars.
You will maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
You will update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
You will handle incoming calls respond to inquiries and provide general information.
You will keep the reception area clean stocked and organized.
You will help with supply orders inventory management and courier coordination.
Required Qualifications
One year or more of healthcare customer service or call center experience.
Experience handling multiple phone lines and high call volume.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience working in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel Teams).
Other Qualifications:
Value-based care model experience
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 to 5:00
Location: Onsite at CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 915 South Rainbow Blvd Las Vegas NV 89145-6230
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humanas Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role you will be required to be screened for TB.
