About the Role:
As a Bilingual Property Manager at RDE CAPITAL GROUP LLC you will play a vital role in overseeing an apartment community in North Richland Hills TX. Join our dynamic team and help create a welcoming environment for our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of residential properties ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Prepare and manage budgets ensuring financial goals are met.
- Handle lease agreements renewals and tenant inquiries.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and the community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
