Bilingual Production Line Lead

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Production Line Lead to support daily production operations and help lead a team to success. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives on the production floor communicates well with employees and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently and safely.

Schedule
1st Shift
6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a production team in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Help oversee daily production flow and ensure goals are met
• Train motivate and assist team members throughout the shift
• Move operators and adjust staffing based on production needs
• Promote safety quality teamwork and accountability
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and production staff
• Help maintain a clean organized and efficient production area
• Identify issues quickly and assist with problem solving on the floor

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced hands on environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
