Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a book of business valued at $1.7MM focusing on standard market accounts with some high-value clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for A-Z account management including quoting and marketing with a strong emphasis on renewals.

• Base Salary: $50000 - $60000 annually
• Bonuses: Retention and growth-based bonuses
• Additional Compensation: 15% of agency fees received

• Manage a book of business valued at $1.7MM handling accounts ranging from $1000 to $18000.
• Perform A-Z account management including quoting and marketing.
• Focus on renewals (95%) with some new business (5%).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if needed).
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an independent insurance agency.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software preferred (training available).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities teamwork and dependability are essential.
