Bilingual Medical Scheduler
Our client located in Corpus Christi TX is in need of a Medical Scheduler to support their growing practice. This is an in office direct hire opportunity. Bilingual is highly preferred.

Medical Scheduler Role
Manage high volume daily scheduling workload (approximately 60 to 80 patient interactions per day)
Schedule new patient consults procedures and post operative visits
Coordinate across multiple providers procedure types and clinic schedules
Maintain accurate scheduling updates and patient records within the EHR system
Handle real time schedule changes cancellations and rescheduling needs
Support patient communication related to appointment confirmations and instructions
Assist with workflow coordination between clinical staff and front office operations
Help reduce no shows and improve schedule utilization efficiency
Ensure compliance with provider protocols for post operative and procedure scheduling

Medical Scheduler Background Profile
Prior experience in high volume medical scheduling or medical office coordination required
Strong proficiency in eClinicalWorks required
Bilingual is highly preferred.
Experience in specialty care environments or multi provider outpatient clinics preferred
Ability to manage fast paced scheduling environments with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and patient facing professionalism
Ability to prioritize competing requests and manage frequent schedule changes
Familiarity with procedure based scheduling and post operative workflows strongly preferred
