Job Summary
Join The IMA Group as a Bilingual Medical Receptionist supporting structured medical evaluations in a professional outpatient setting. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency teamwork and patient interaction in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You must speak both fluent English and Spanish.
- Full-time shifts between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (scheduled in advance)
- Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Verify patient information and update electronic records
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with patient intake paperwork and documentation
- Support efficient patient flow and front-office operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous medical office receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational communication and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment
- $17.00/hour
