Job Summary:

National tire recycler has an immediate opening. We are seeking an experienced bilingual transportation professional who is ready for a hands-on role overseeing daily dispatch and transportation operations supporting and directing drivers solving routing and service issues and helping keep the operation running safely and efficiently.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm with some flexibility

Requirements:

• Coordinate daily routes dispatching and driver assignments
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day and help resolve service and routing issues
• Adjust routes and schedules when call-outs delays or other operational issues occur
• Monitor driver performance attendance and service levels
• Provide coaching and direction to drivers
• Help maintain compliance with company safety policies and DOT requirements
• Assist with reporting documentation and follow-up
• Develop toward increased responsibility for the overall transportation operation
• Fluent in Spanish and English communication skills required
• Experience in transportation dispatching routing logistics
• Knowledge of local and regional geography
• Strong organization and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with drivers
• Knowledge of DOT regulations a plus
• Experience with Samsara a plus
