Bilingual Lab Technician

• Monitor food safety and product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and production areas as required
• Accurately complete and maintain all quality records logs and documentation
• Ensure products are being produced according to recipe and processing guidelines
• Collect product samples for product development laboratory testing and retained samples
• Inspect incoming raw materials and ingredients to ensure they meet quality safety and labeling standards
• Identify flag and isolate non-conforming materials
• Monitor for production deviations and report issues to management
• Ensure employees are following GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Monday - Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm (During peak season schedule is Monday - Saturday)
• $16-$18/hr depending on experience

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with work hours especially during peak production season
