We are a rapidly growing manufacturing/production company seeking a handson bilingual HR Manager who is ready to build shape and lead HR as we scale. This is a highimpact role where you will own the HR function influence culture and develop new programs as the company expands. • Lead fullcycle HR for a 100 and growing employee environment
  

• Manage recruiting screening interviewing onboarding and offboarding
  

• Develop training programs and employee development pathways
  

• Partner with production leadership on safety initiatives and compliance
  

• Handle employee relations coaching conflict resolution and investigations
  

• Maintain compliance with federal state county and city employment laws
  

• Build culture communication and engagement programs
  

• Create HR reports using strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  

• Maintain accurate personnel files and documentation
  

• Coordinate employee recognition and companywide events
  

• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and leadership
  

• 10 years HR Generalist experience including 5 years in a senior or manager role
  

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  

• Proven success managing HR for 100 employees
  

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  

• Handson generalist experience across recruiting training investigations compliance safety and communication
  

• Deep knowledge of current labor and employment laws
  

• Ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization
  

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal)
  

• Strong organizational communication and documentation skills
