Customer Service Specialist/ HR Administrative Assistant Bilingual English/Spanish
Unitex is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist/HR Administrative Assistant for our Lawrence MA Plant.
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on experience.
Schedule: In office position. Monday - Friday 8:00am 4:30pm with flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Offer excellent customer service vial phone/email to our customers vendors and to our walk-in guests
- Engage with customers and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Work with all internal departments
- Timely responses to emails and voicemails
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Weekly reporting to the corporate office
- Weekly invoicing to our customers
- Assisting in the human resource (HR) functions such as onboarding of a new employee employee events payroll
- Assists Office Manager and General Manager as needed
Required skills:
- Recent college graduate or 1 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint etc.)
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task prioritize and attention to detail
- Accurate data entry technique
- Associates degree preferred
- Excellent time management skill
