- Assist members with account and payment inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate account documentation
- Partner with internal teams to provide a five-star member experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service call center banking financial services or administrative experience
- Strong communication problem-solving and computer skills
- Ability to pass a background and credit check
- Experience in financial services banking lending loan servicing or CRM systems
