Bilingual Customer Service Representative Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving TX. This is a 3 month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and sales support. The ideal candidate will be a polished professional individual responsible for managing a pipeline of customer leads confirming business needs and routing them to the appropriate sales consultants. This position requires impeccable pipeline management detailed note-taking and strong communication skills with an interest in converting to a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Attempt to contact customers to confirm business needs and route confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants
• Maintain impeccable pipeline management including tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls
• Conduct succinct and detailed notetaking in referrals
• Manage callbacks after speaking with clients
• Follow up with customers on documentation and signings
• Work with contract validation and underwriting
• Handle inbound calls and manage referral volume
• Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve processes

Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish
• 6 months of Customer Service Financial Services or Contact Center experience
• Background in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven job history with a track record of stability

Desired skills:

• Experience with pipeline or lead management
• Experience with outbound calling and customer follow-up
• Proficiency with CRM systems for documentation and note-taking
• Experience with appointment scheduling and referral tracking
• Familiarity with underwriting or contract support processes

Pay range: $13.75 - $21.75 per hour
