Bilingual Customer Service Representative Background Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time Internship (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and conduct telephone interviews with pre-employment applicants as part of their background screening process
• Engage with pre-employment applicants via text email and phone
• Escalate top priority critical issues to the appropriate department
• Occasionally makes outbound calls to pre-employment applicants providing instructional information

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues
• Ability to multitask and have great organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
