Bilingual Customer Care Specialist - North Carolina
Location(s): Remote in North Carolina
Pay: Starting at $20/hour up to $22/hour depending on level of experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday with working hours of 9 am - 6 pm (NC - EST)
Looking to make a difference in the lives of students and families
AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day summer and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Customer Care Specialist youll talk with the families of current students to answer questions about our programs and guide them to the appropriate resources to enroll their child or children. You will also work within the student management system to help resolve billing-related questions.
We are looking for a passionate customer service professional who can:
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience with every phone call and interaction
Resolve customer concerns when questions or concerns arise regarding programs registrations our student management system accounts and billing.

Bilingual in English and Spanish
