Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting a growing commercial lines book of business. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for client service a strong understanding of insurance practices and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language.

• Salary Range: $52000 $93000 (commensurate with experience)

• Participate in training sessions at the Laurel office to understand workflows and processes.
• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts including transportation trucking contractors construction small businesses and more.
• Handle account renewals gather intake information and provide exceptional client support.
• Quote new and renewal business with the opportunity to engage in sales and earn uncapped commissions.
• Utilize software tools such as AgencyZoom and Hawksoft to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure client satisfaction and agency growth.

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in commercial lines is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with personal lines experience looking to transition into commercial lines are encouraged to apply.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance software (e.g. AgencyZoom Hawksoft) and experience working with carriers such as Travelers Liberty Mutual Progressive Nationwide and others.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and client service skills.
