Reports To: Centralized Intake Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts)

In this role youll help connect children and families with programs that strengthen communities improve outcomes and create brighter futures. What Youll Do:
  • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource for families seeking support and services.
  • Assess family needs and connect them to the most appropriate Childrens Friend programs and community resources.
  • Screen referrals and applications determine program eligibility and support the enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate client records and data within agency and external databases.
  • Follow up with families referral partners and community providers to ensure timely communication and service coordination.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams and community organizations.
  • Promote Childrens Friend programs through outreach education and community engagement activities.
  • Help ensure data quality reporting accuracy and efficient program operations.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience working with children families or community-based programs
  • Experience with administrative support data entry databases reporting or case coordination
  • Strong computer skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience conducting outreach and engaging community partners
