As an Automotive Sales Consultant you will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process while delivering a professional and personalized experience.

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
  
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
  
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
  
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  
• Explain vehicle features technology options and benefits
  
• Respond to and follow up with Internet leads phone leads and showroom customers
  
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activities
  
• Prospect for new business
  
• Generate repeat and referral customers
  
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
  
• Complete sales paperwork accurately
  
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers and dealership departments
  
• Stay informed on Ford products incentives promotions and financing options
  
• Participate in sales meetings training and dealership events
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 12 years of automotive dealership sales experience
  
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
  
• Proven ability to close sales
  
• Strong negotiation skills
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
  
• Self-motivated competitive and goal-oriented mindset
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced high-volume dealership
  
• Basic computer and CRM experience
  
• Valid Arizona drivers license
  
• Clean driving record
  
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening
