Abacus Staffing is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Line Lead to support production operations at a Frito-Lay warehouse. This role leads by example supervises line activity and ensures safety quality and productivity standards are met.

Pay & Schedule

• $16.25/hr (Paid Weekly)
• MondayFriday 4:30 PM Finish
• Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production line operations
• Train and support warehouse associates
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure SOPs safety and quality standards are followed

Requirements

• 6 Months of warehouse/production lead experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic MS Office and documentation experience
• Knowledge of SOPs audits and training procedures

Physical Requirements

• Lift 2050 lbs regularly
• Stand/walk for up to 10-hour shifts
• Frequent bending twisting reaching and lifting
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments
