BI Designer with Databricks & Snowflake

Position title: BI Designer with Databricks SnowflakeETL and SMELocation: Dallas/Plano TX Duration: 12 plus months contract with possible extension

Required Skills:

BI Designer/Data Engineer/Data Modeler with 8 years of relevant experience.

Reverse engineering skills to disparate data sources to create various data domains and architect solutions per requirement.

Designed and documented skillset from new sources or existing ones to provide a performance oriented dimensional model.

Strong understanding of Python Pyspark Snowflake for distributed computing (Databricks).

Knowledge of Snowflake most of it closely related to other SQL DBs with its own cloud variation. (provide performance-oriented design)

Understanding of Cloud technologies and their functionality for creating robust data pipelines Azure Aws (future roadmap is to be moved to Aws)

Good and pleasant communication skills to communicate across multiple platforms.

Python Pyspark might overall be the skillset for Devs.
