Location: Brantley BH Closing date: Open until filledPay Rate: $18.70 - $21.63/hourJob Description: Responsible for working with adults with mental health and substance use diagnosis in community and home environments. Provides a broad range of social services to clients and participates in treatment team planning. Serves as a liaison for social services and linkage to community case management duties education and skill Responsibilities: Will work Monday-Thursday @ 10-hour daysCompetencies: 1. Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. 2. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. 3. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and interventions as directly related to area of assignment. 4. Knowledge of crisis intervention Minimum Qualifications: For a level III High school diploma and 3 years customer service experience preferably in human services with one year case-management experience; bachelors degree preferred. For a level IV bachelors degree in helping field. Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points.
