Program Summary

KBRs Chemical Plant & Munitions program supports critical national defense and government missions through the execution of complex manufacturing construction and commissioning efforts into manufacturing operations. The program operates in highly regulated environments and requires close coordination between customers suppliers and internal teams to deliver safe compliant and highquality outcomes across the program lifecycle.

Job Summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler for the construction of the new Blue Grass Army Depot Energetics Center of Excellence explosives manufacturing facility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules and prepare whatif scenarios to support project decisionmaking
• Apply schedule risk management techniques including contingency planning
• Perform critical path analysis schedule integrity reviews and progress reporting
• Build and manage resourceloaded schedules including producing histograms and schedule insights
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to ensure sequencing accuracy and timely program delivery
• Utilize tools including Primavera P6 MS Project and Excel (Power BI experience highly preferred)
• Support proposal development capture activities and longrange program growth strategies
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
• 5-10 years experience in project scheduling ideally within major infrastructure or water projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Understanding of EVM SPI schedule risk analysis and progress measurement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with project stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business Engineering or a related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience scaling up New Molecule Energetics
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
• Experience supporting capture proposal development or program growth initiatives
• Strong executivelevel communication and presentation experience
• Travel may be required to support manufacturing sites suppliers and customers.
