Beverage Supervisor | Full Time | Palm Springs Convention Center

The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day beverage operations at the convention center ensuring exceptional guest service efficient operations and compliance with all company venue and regulatory standards. This position supervises beverage staff across concessions bars premium hospitality areas and catered events while maintaining inventory controls product quality and operational excellence. The Beverage Supervisor serves as a leader on event days and plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience for conventions trade shows banquets and special events.

This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00-$35.00.

• Supervise beverage operations for concessions bars catered events and premium hospitality functions.
• Lead train coach and motivate beverage team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Assist with staffing assignments scheduling and event preparation.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws responsible beverage service practices and company policies.
• Monitor beverage inventory levels and assist with ordering receiving and storage procedures.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate product accountability.
• Ensure all bars and beverage stations are properly stocked clean organized and event-ready.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain sanitation safety and health standards in accordance with local regulations and company requirements.
• Assist with cash handling procedures POS operations and end-of-event reconciliation.
• Collaborate with culinary concessions catering and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Complete event reports incident documentation and other administrative duties as assigned.

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in beverage operations hospitality restaurants hotels convention centers stadiums arenas or similar high-volume venues.
• Strong knowledge of beer wine spirits and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience managing inventory and beverage controls preferred.
• Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends holidays and extended hours based on event needs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor event environments.
• Ability to bend stoop reach and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift.
