Beverage Server Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Report to work at the assigned time in uniform with name tag state badge and P.O.S Computer card.
• Read Bulletin Board on Daily Basis in order to remain current on information regarding the days business.
• Does a Daily Opening & Closing Requisition for ordering for beverage supplies.
• Welcomes guest upon arrival in a polite and professional manner
• Knows how to properly check Guest IDs for serving of all alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and garnish each beverage according to standard recipe.
• Provides fast (10 minute or less round time) friendly professional beverage service to casino guests and carries full trays on every round.
• Takes drink orders communicates with bartender assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests
• Maintains clean and stocked workstation
• Handles money according to proper cash handling policy
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
• Promotes all casino events programs and amenities
  Works well with others especially beverage servers bartenders barbacks beverage supervisor and slots supervisor
• Provides personalized service and uses guest name
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines
• Should have knowledge of liquor law of state and company policies.
• Any other duties assigned by your supervisor
• Report to work at the assigned time on uniform with name tag State Service License and P.O.S. computer card as needed
• Read Daily information in order to stay current and up to date regarding daily business

WORKING CONDITIONS:

May be exposed to noise smoke and odors. Working with others and independently.

Target Salary Range: $9.50 / Hour
