Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Provides prompt courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests.
• Maintains accountability for all cash receipts complimentary charges drink tokens room charges and issue banks.
• Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages events and services.
• Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
• nteracts with guests and co-workers in a helpful positive professional and friendly manner.
• Resolves service issues according to established guidelines.
• Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Beverage experience required; one (1) year of cocktail server experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to handle a flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
