Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Benefits Technology Specialist to join a this role you will play a critical part in configuring maintaining and renewing benefit plans using Employee Navigator and other supported benefits administration platforms. You will serve as the primary technical resource for benefits administration platforms ensuring seamless integration and functionality. • Salary Range: $60000 - $83000 annually (higher for exceptional candidates)

• Configure maintain and renew benefit plans in Employee Navigator and other benefits administration platforms.
• Perform quality assurance testing and validation of benefit configurations eligibility rules carrier connections and payroll integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for benefits administration platforms and related technology.
• Establish and maintain carrier connections and payroll deductions.
• Provide training and support to the benefits administration team.
• Assist with benefits administration tasks as needed.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits technology with extensive knowledge of Employee Navigator.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Disability (L&H) license required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator software is mandatory.
• Preferred Background: Experience in benefits brokerage third-party administration or benefits technology management.
• Work Environment: Open to hybrid work arrangements; preference for candidates based in Washington State.
