For more than 25 years the Atlas Management team has provided management and human resources solutions to businesses and employment opportunities to individuals. Atlas Management is staffing an Benefits Representative for a six month contract for a major corporation in the Brentwood TN area. Benefits Representative will focus on the Sick Leave program in tracking payments providing customer service to internal employees educating employees about their benefits and additional administrative duties. $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
M-F 8a-5p
Hybrid - Brentwood TN
Contract - six months (could be extended)
Job Description:
responsible for managing employee sick leave and ensuring compliance with sick leave policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support: Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Benefits Department managing leave of absence and other benefit programs.
- Employee Inquiries: Acts as the front-line point of contact for all leave of absence inquiries received via email.
- Sick Leave Bank: Supports employees unable to work due to illness or other medical conditions managing the Sick Leave Bank program and ensuring payments.
- Compliance: Ensures accurate administration of health and welfare fringe benefits including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This role is crucial for maintaining employee well-being and ensuring that sick leave policies are effectively implemented.
Must have qualifications:
- 1 year of benefits knowledge/experience
- Advance experience in providing customer service in corporate office setting
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office
- Prefer Bachelors degree or 3 years of benefits processing experience
