Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of administrators specialists and senior specialists through the day-to-day operations and ensure all benefits activities are completed accurately and efficiently - enrollment eligibility life event termination and open enrollment processes
• Partner with payroll HRIS client services finance and implementation teams on process improvement initiatives
• Partner with clients and vendors regarding complex benefits matters
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
