Benefits Coordinator (Part-Time)

As a Benefits Coordinator you willbe responsible for the administration of our vehicle reimbursement program (FAVR).
In this role you will:
- Ensure eligibility and enrollment of participants.
- Close coordination with vendors to ensure program compliance with the IRS.
- Assist Managers with questions and follow-up on required tasks and communications.
- Process monthly paymentthrough the vendor portal on the 10th of every month.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Respond to inquiries through the ticket system ServiceNow.
- Ad hoc reporting as needed for district oversight.
- Utilize system reports to conduct audits and perform data analysis.
What you bring to the table:
- 3 years experience in customer service
- 4-5 years experience:prior company experience
- Four-year degree
- Knowledge of Workday and HRIS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Advanced research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Work Shift and Hours: Part-time 20 hour per week in office with a flexible schedule during normal business hours.
Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.
