Our Benefit Systems Team works with insurance advisors employer clients to custom-build benefit administration platforms. As an Implementation Data Processor you will build and maintain group configurations within benefits administration systems for new and renewing groups while ensuring accurate and timely completion of system builds according to established processes and service standards.
What Our Implementation Data Processors Do:
Build and Maintain Group Configurations: Build new and renewing groups within benefits administration systems by entering all required plan eligibility and group information; process system updates and build changes for existing groups based on requests.
Drive Accuracy and Results: Ensure builds are completed accurately and within designated timeframes; maintain accurate documentation notes and status updates in internal tracking systems; follow established procedures checklists and quality standards for all builds.
Coordinate and Collaborate: Work closely with Implementation Data Analysts to address identified issues corrections or clarifications; collaborate with Account Managers and Client Support Specialists throughout the implementation and renewal process.
Engage as a Team Player: Support team collaboration by sharing knowledge and adhering to standardized workflows; escalate questions risks or issues to the Analyst or Supervisor as appropriate.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance of deadlines while managing and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel); knowledge of databases including Adobe
Demonstrated proficiency in all parts of position within 4-6 months
